- Processing time for refunds is typically 5–7 working days after approval.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
📦 Return Shipping
- In cases of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by GLAM SHOP.
- For other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
