📌 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

🕒 How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  1. Email us at care@glamshop.in
  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request

Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.


💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.

🚫 Cancellation Not Allowed In These Cases

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless specified)

❗ GLAM SHOP’s Right to Cancel Orders

GLAM SHOP reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors
  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Unavailability of stock

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
