📌 Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
🕒 How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order:

- Mention your Order ID
- Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request
Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.
🚫 Cancellation Not Allowed In These Cases
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless specified)

GLAM SHOP reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
- Unavailability of stock
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
